Billy Harrigan garners almost all his influence from surrounding himself by creative people. He comes from a family or creative types, from musicians, photographers, inventors and painters. Taking no formal training in art, he has created his own style from encouragement from his family and friends, working as a tattoo artist as well to hone his style.
Greg "Craola" Simkins, Alex Pardee, and Mike Cole are just a few of the graffiti and street artists that Billy cites as influences on his own unique pop/street/fantasy style. He works predominately in acrylics, using various mediums like wood and canvas, but also lends his art to charcoals and colored pencils as well to keep the definitive graffiti style alive in his colorful and fantastical visions.
